Carpet beating

The first step is to tap out all the coarse dirt and dust that has accumulated. This is performed by a carpet cleaning machine.

Pre-cleaning

Now the carpet is wetted and shampooed on both sides with natural curd soap.

Special attention is paid to stabilising the colour: This ensures that your carpet does not lose its natural colour.

Full wash

This is the main cleaning procedure. During this process, the pre-cleaned carpet is washed by hand without chemical agents. 
Once again, the carpet is wetted, shampooed and thoroughly washed.

Waterproofing and replenishment of natural oils

Your carpet is stabilised and protected against future discolouration.

Drying

The carpet is air-dried in a room with extractor without exposing it to heat, light or anything else that could cause irreversible damage.

Completion

Your carpet is now clean, restored to its previous splendour and protected against fading. We look forward to returning and presenting it to you so that you can see the quality of our workmanship for yourself!
